As women, we are the only species on this planet who can cognitively doubt our ability to give birth. Today, women have access to an overwhelming amount of information. We try to prepare ourselves for birth through lamaze classes, online blogs or media. However, what we don’t do today is physically and mentally prepare our bodies for the most amazing transition our body will ever endure.

BirthBody has been created to build bodies designed for birth. This program will instil confidence in your ability to give birth, teach you how to physically strengthen your body and optimize your biomechanics to prepare for birth, and may even shorten the length of your laboUr. Ultimately, creating an amazing birth story that you love to tell.

My style is a delicate blend of ancient practices, modern modalities and optimizing birthing biomechanics to physically and mentally prepare women for birth. After dedicating my practice to perinatal care and having seen women through over 400 pregnancies, I have witnessed women come from past experiences of lengthy and emotionally traumatic births, to now delivering in less than 5 hours after following the program I now call BirthBody.
